Bookings
We take preliminary bookings either by phone or e-mail. We will provisionally hold this for a maximum of 10 days. The booking is only finalised upon receipt of a £15 deposit cheque. Once we have received this we will post you a confirmation of booking. We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit cheque has not arrived within the 10 days, but we will always contact you first. 

Cancellations
In the case of cancellation of the party, deposit refund is at our discretion and each circumstance will be taken on its own merits. We would appreciate as much notice as possible if this should happen.

Charges/Terms
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party in the form of cheque, postal order, or cash, however we will accept payment on the day, but we are only able to accept cash. We appreciate that some guests do not turn up on the day but we are unable to refund for any extra guests after the minimum that do not attend, this is due to the fact that we have to provide more staff if there are more children. Please let us know at least the day before if you have more children than first booked, in this case payment for them will be expected on the day in cash only. Some areas we cover will incur a small fuel fee - please visit the areas we cover page for more information.

Food Times & Joint Parties
FOOD TIMES - We recommend that you serve your party food before or after our booking time, especially when you have extra guests. This way you have the full amount of time with us. JOINT PARTIES - We are happy to hold joint parties, but a small fee of £20.00 is
expected to cover our extra costs.

Client Information
All personal information held by Diva Parties is treated as private and confidential and used solely by Diva Parties and will not be disclosed or passed on. Under the Data Protection Act 1988, private customers have the right to see personal information held about them. If you wish to exercise this right, or have other related queries, please contact us. 

Complaints Procedures
We are Public Liability Insured to include accidental injury to any person or
property caused in connection with the Business.
Copies of qualifications and CRB checks are available upon request. It is our
intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times,
however, if you are dissatisfied with the level of service, please contact us.
